Return Policy

Damages:

  • Please check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please write us to support@terramart.co.in with the Product Image, So that we shall arrange for a replacement only.
  • Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and original Invoice to Terramart.
  • Terramart will not accept the Used Product as return.
  • Product Return has to be initiated immediately from the customer side by writing us an email to support@terramart.co.in within 24 Hours from the product delivered time.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellation on Order Placement:

  • Cancellations are to be initiated within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Any orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to 10% chargeable of the order value. And if order is already shipped, the shipping charges will be barred by the buyer.
 

Cancellation after Product Delivery:

  • Cancellations are to be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Once the return product is received by us, our Quality Assurance team will review the product.
  • In case of return due to damage write your mail to support@terramart.co.in  with images of Broken/Defective/Damaged product with details within 24 hours of receipt of product, so that we can defend your dispute. Please mention your order number in the email. But we expect our customers to handle the product with care.
  • Our Staff will get in Touch with you at the earliest through a return mail.
  • All the products must be returned in the original condition as received along with the bills and labels. Disputes registered after 24 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by TERRAMART.
  • If products received by the buyer are not as per Description/Image on the website, the product will be exchanged and delivered on priority.
  • Customer can opt for the Other Products in the website in case of Return / Cancellation.
 

Refund and Exchange:

  • Orders initiated for refund or Exchange should have product accompanied with original receipt of product to process the same.
  • The refund or Exchange process will be initiated only after the product is received by Terramart with original receipt of product.
  • The refund will be initiated to the original account that is used by buyer during purchase.
  • In case, any coupon, discount, Promo code is used during original purchase, the amount will be reduced during exchange or refund.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the old product, the difference amount has to be paid by buyer. And in case of exchanged value is lesser than the old product, the difference amount will be held as credit for future purchase.
