How to raise dispute for an order?
You need to register your dispute in either of the two ways:

Answer: All the products are dispatched within 2 working days of booking the order. You can track your order’s status through Track My Order Section.

 

Question: Can I return an item if there is a damage or dismatch with the display, and if so how?

Question: Will I get any written confirmation for my order?
Answer: Yes. You will certainly receive an email confirmation immediately once you make the payment, which will give you complete information about the product details and the estimated delivery time. 

Question: Is the website prices inclusive of all taxes?
Answer: Yes.

 

I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Nagpur ,Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri&Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. TERRAMART is not responsible for any octroi payments.
